Sauna & hammam
Whether you are a clients or not, the hotel spa is also open to external clients, upon reservation.
Enjoy yourself and relax at Le COLISEE Hotel & Spa. The spa contage of our SPA juste a few minutes from the city center. vers over 100 m² completely devoted to your well-being. The spa is inside the hotel itself. The spa's hammam and sauna are the perfect places for cleansing your skin and getting you into top shape.
If you're staying in our hotel in Saint-Herblain, just slip on your bathrobe and go down to the hotel's spa. Access to the hammam, sauna, and fitness room is complimentary. Take advantage of them to refresh yourself after a day of work or visiting the Nantes region.
The hotel Spa is open 7j/7, from 10.00 a.m to 22.30 p.m, upon reservation.
Then, Relax yourself in the tea room or privatise the Jacuzzi.

Le COLISEE Hotel & Spa offers a completely equipped fitness centre. This makes it easy for you to exercise year-round during your stay in Nantes.
The fitness centre has a bicycle, cross trainer, treadmill, weight bench, and more.
So that you can really enjoy your exercise, you can watch the flat-screen television or listen to the music of your choice.

The spa is open from 10:00 to 22:30 every day.
Treatments are by appointment, from Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm, on Saturday from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm till 9:00 pm, on Sunday from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm.
